Bug Fix1

Fixed the issue where adding multiple tariff codes to a price list would incorrectly overwrite or update the unit types of existing codes. The "Add multiple tariff codes to pricelists" feature now safely ignores any codes that have already been added.

Addressed an issue where the email address field was not marked as required during online booking for existing accounts, but still prevented the booking from being confirmed unless completed. The system now correctly allows bookings without an email address when adding a new patient to an existing account, while still enforcing the email requirement for new registrations and bookings made without an account.
