Addressed the issue where the `View Forms` button and the option menu (three dots) were missing from the booking confirmation screen when viewed on mobile phones or smaller screens.

Addressed the issue where entering an incorrect password resulted in an infinite loading state instead of displaying the Authentication Failed screen.
